Room Booking Policy – Short-Term Rental


1. Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is considered valid only after availability has been confirmed and a deposit (if required) has been received. By completing a booking, the guest agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.

2. Deposit & Payment
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of up to 50% of the total amount may be required. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival or according to the terms of the booking platform used. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or secure online payment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to [X days] before arrival.
For cancellations made less than [X days] before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out time: until 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Number of Guests
The booking is valid for the number of guests specified at the time of reservation. Any change in the number of guests must be communicated in advance. Exceeding the agreed number of guests may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Pets & Smoking

Smoking: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas
7. General Terms
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and leave it in the same condition as received.
Any damage caused during the stay is the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.
