... The apartment contains all the necessities like a big house.
Fully equipped, it can accommodate a couple or two friends comfortably, since the sofa in the room becomes a bed and with the mattress one can sleep comfortably.
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, water kettle, coffee maker and of course all the necessary utensils for preparing meals and drinks. The fireplace is fully functional while the large terrace with unlimited views of the mountain and the sea is covered and protected by a solid pergola structure to be accessible during the summer and winter months.
There are 2 TVs, the large one is Smart and has a connection to Disney +. It also has a fast internet connection.
Access to the accommodation is exclusively by using stairs, there is no elevator and it is located on the 3rd floor.
The washing machine also has its place outside the room while closets inside and outside can comfortably store personal items.
Argyroupoli, however, is a quiet area and the apartment is located in a neighborhood in the center where there are small and large supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, squares, medical centers, gym, shopping stores, transportation such as metro, buses that connect areas such as the center of Athens, Glyfada, Elliniko, Vouliagmeni, Alimos as well as the airport since Vouliagmeni Avenue is a few meters below the accommodation.
I would describe this studio as a retreat because as soon as you go up ... while the area is generally quiet ... you feel the isolation from those around you and the tranquility for rest.
